For International Customers:
- International orders are accepted and processed in USD
- Your card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction charge
- Proluxury does not control, add, or receive any portion of currency exchange fees charged by your financial institution
- The final amount charged to your account may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees
- Please contact your bank or credit card company for information about international transaction fees

5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed upon order placement. When you click “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase”:
- Your payment method will be charged in full for the total order amount
- If payment is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number and receipt
- Your order will then be processed and your product key delivered digitally via email within minutes
Payment Declined or Failed
If your payment is declined or failed to process:
- You will be notified on the checkout page
- Your order will not be confirmed or processed
- No charge will be applied to your account
Common reasons for payment decline: Incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, expired card, daily spending limit reached, or card issuer flagged the transaction.
What to do: Double-check your billing information, ensure your card has sufficient credit, contact your bank to verify there are no holds, try a different payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), or contact us at info@proluxury.net.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at info@proluxury.net with your order number. If your order has not yet been delivered, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been delivered, you will need to follow our return process.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout:
- Refund Timeline: We process refunds within 3–5 business days after return authorization
- Bank Processing Time: Allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to post the refund
- Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

7. Payment Disputes
