How do I place an order?
Browse our product selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your email address and payment details, complete the purchase, and you’ll receive your product key via email within minutes of payment confirmation.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment is processed. However, if you haven’t activated your product key, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Do I need an account to order?
No account is required. You can checkout as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account allows you to access your order history and re-download activation instructions.
Are your product keys genuine?
Yes. All our product keys are genuine, legal, and sourced through verified Microsoft channels. As a verified Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) member, our keys are compliant with Microsoft licensing terms and will activate successfully.

Do you sell worldwide?
Yes! We deliver Microsoft software licenses to customers in every country. All products are delivered digitally via email after payment, so there are no geographic restrictions on delivery.
How will I receive my product key?
Your product key will be delivered via email to the address you provide during checkout. The email will include your unique product key, download links for official Microsoft software, and step-by-step activation instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Your product key will be delivered via email within minutes of payment confirmation through our automated delivery system. Delivery is available 24/7, worldwide.
I haven’t received my product key. What should I do?
If you don’t receive your product key shortly after purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address on your order confirmation
- Check your email filters or promotions tab
- Contact us at info@proluxury.net with your order number
We will resend your key within 1 business hour.
Are there any shipping costs?
No. Digital delivery is completely FREE for all orders worldwide. You pay only for the product itself.
Activation & Installation
How do I activate my product key?
Your email will include detailed activation instructions. Generally:
- Download the software from the official Microsoft link provided in your email
- Install the software on your computer
- When prompted, enter your unique product key
- Follow the on-screen activation steps
My product key isn’t working. What should I do?

- Your order number
- A screenshot of the error message
- A description of the issue
We will provide a replacement key or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
Can I use my product key on multiple computers?
This depends on the specific license type. Most retail licenses allow installation on one computer at a time. Some Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) subscriptions allow multiple device installations. Check your product description or contact us for clarification.
Is my product key valid forever?
Yes. Product keys are valid for the lifetime of the software version per Microsoft’s licensing terms. This is a perpetual license, not a subscription. For example, a Windows 10 key will activate Windows 10 permanently for that version’s lifespan.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. All payment methods are available for customers worldwide.
What currency do you charge in?
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD $). Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency. Proluxury does not add any additional conversion charges.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL/TLS encryption and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged upon order placement. Once payment is confirmed, your product key is generated and sent via email within minutes.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. Common reasons include: incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, expired card, or daily spending limits. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A digital invoice is automatically included in your product key delivery email. You can also request a copy by contacting us at info@proluxury.net.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unactivated product keys. If you change your mind and haven’t activated the key, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
How do I request a refund?
Email info@proluxury.net within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that the key has not been activated
We will verify the key status and process your refund within 3–5 business days if approved.
Can I return a product key I’ve already activated?
No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a product key has been activated. We verify activation status before processing any refund.
What if I receive a defective or invalid key?
Defective keys are replaced or fully refunded, regardless of how much time has passed. Contact us at info@proluxury.net with a screenshot of the error, and we’ll resolve it within 3–5 business days.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund. Total time: 6–12 business days.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Do I need to create an account?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, an account allows you to track orders, access purchase history, and re-download instructions at any time.
